We know that things come up. That is why we are happy to offer a refund policy that meets the needs of our customers and our small business.

Multi-Week Classes:

Upon cancellation of your class, registration fees will be refunded (minus the processing fee) up to 48 hours before class begins. NOTE: If within 48 hours of class, we keep $25 plus the processing fee.

Clay Nights:

If you need to cancel your Clay Night reservation, will receive a refund (minus the processing fee) if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULES are available for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
