We know that things come up. That is why we are happy to offer a refund policy that meets the needs of our customers and our small business.

Multi-Week Classes:

Upon cancellation of your class, registration fees will be refunded (minus the processing fee) up to 48 hours before class begins. NOTE: If within 48 hours of class, we keep $25 plus the processing fee.

Clay Nights:

If you need to cancel your Clay Night, your registration fee (minus the processing fee) will be refunded if canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled Clay Night. NOTE: No refund will be given if less than 48 hours notice. We will do our best to reschedule you.
