BELLA ROSA POTTERY REFUND POLICY

We know that things come up. That is why we are happy to offer a refund policy that meets the needs of our customers and our small business.

Multi-Week Classes:

Upon cancellation of your class, registration fees will be refunded (minus the processing fee) up to 48 hours before class begins. NOTE: If within 48 hours of class, we keep $25 plus the processing fee.

Clay Nights:

If you need to cancel your Clay Night reservation, you will receive a refund (minus the processing fee) if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. NO REFUNDS are available for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to reschedule you.

PLEASE NOTE: Rescheduling requests to book a new date and time MUST be made within 24 hours of your cancellation.
